We have a live-cinema situation in front of our daycare center with the big construction site. The major construction phase in the City-Gate area is slowly approaching its end. 

The children are very fascinated by the ongoing work on the new outdoor facilities. On the one hand there are two big wheel loaders and on the other hand a big excavator. The excavator levels the ground and with the wheel loaders the gravel mixture is applied as new subsoil. Afterwards one of the construction workers drives over the ground with a vibratory plate to compact it. The children find the work extremely exciting. On the other side of the road, next to our daycare center, the hot asphalt is then finally applied by a small asphalt paver. The children also find this work step very exciting.
