On Saturday, November 2, 2019, all Familycare Basel care professionals met at Training Center 21 for their annual advanced pedago training, this year on the topic "The importance of commitment for development". The development of commitment plays a central role in the daily supervision and care of children in our Familycare daycare centres. Under the direction of Prof. Dr. Jürg Frick (PH lecturer and consultant in his own practice), the pedagogical caregivers were able to deepen and broaden their knowledge on this day. Mr. Frick shared his extensive specialist knowledge with the help of interesting practical examples, films and presentations. Short inputs encouraged the exchange of their own wealth of experience among the employees. The Familycare teams benefited from the joint training day and are already looking forward to next year's event.
