The children of our Familycare Pierrot daycare center have finally prepared food for our daily bird visit.

Despite the sudden onset of winter last week, the sparrows pay us regular visits. The sparrow flight in front of the windows of the Heugümper group gives great pleasure to the children and the adults as well. The magic formula for the bird food is:

• Various seeds
• Coconut oil
• Silicone molds
• A string or wire

...AND...

• A large portion of children's love

The children fill the ingredients into the star molds with the utmost precision and actively help out, right up to hanging up the food in our daycare center garden.
