The construction work on Westfeld Basel is progressing with great strides. A lively new neighborhood is growing in the west of Basel on the approximately 35,000 m2 site, which was previously used by the Felix Platter Hospital. Under the name Westfeld, not only is cooperative, socially mixed living space being created with around 530 apartments. Rather, a new neighborhood center is being created with stores, small businesses, and care and leisure facilities for a high quality of life and stay. Familycare Basel will open a new daycare center with 48 places on the Westfeld site in January 2023 and is already looking forward to the ultra-modern new daycare facilities.

Since a short time, a large construction board also informs about the players and offers on the Westfeld.
