Kita Familycare St. Johann: The attractive daycare center in the noble mansion on the Rhine bank
The Familycare St. Johann daycare center is located in a spacious, listed Art Nouveau villa in the spacious St. Johanns-Park, close to the Rhine banks. At the time, the park was specially designed for families with children and offers a large playground, plenty of open space and bathing facilities in summer. The comfortable rooms, optimally equipped to meet the children’s needs, are divided into various play, activity and rest areas. The Familycare St. Johann daycare center was awarded the title "Burzelbaum-Kita" as part of a project for more exercise and healthy nutrition. The Kita Familyare St. Johann was also a participant in the pilot project "Children’s participation in Basel daycare centers" run by the Department of Education of the canton of Basel-Stadt. Like all Familycare Basel daycare centers, The Familycare St. Johann Kita and its entire staff stand for high quality pedagogical values and look after the children according to recognized educational principles.

«Since Luisa is 5 months old, she attends the beautiful Kita Familycare in St. Johann. Like most mothers I have asked myself the question: Is she in safe hands there and will she feel comfortable? My "fears" were swept away after the first day of introduction. Luisa has been with us for over a year now and all I can say is: she thinks it's incredibly great! She is looking forward to the Kita and is happy and exhausted in the evening when I pick her up. In return I can go to work calm and carefree. The contact between children and caregivers is warm and respectful, a lot is done outside, the children are taught knowledge, the rooms are lovingly furnished, the garden invites to play and the communication between caregivers and parents is relaxed and uncomplicated. A big thank you and keep it up!»
